vocoZeal is an award-winning new hotel co-brand from Zeal Hotels and IHG.

The hotel is Europe’s first net zero carbon hotel and now open, it is tracking ahead of future sustainable goals, having achieved the 2030 sustainability target for carbon emissions during construction and is forecast to hit the 2050 target for energy use during operation.

Working alongside a great design team, including Westworks (architects), RED Construction and Momentum Furniture, to name but a few, we have created a beautifully luxurious and timeless hotel offering, which has sustainability at its heart.

With a bit of design ingenuity, something beautiful and purposeful can always be created.

The vision of the project was so much more than just the design of a hotel, it’s a hotel with a purpose.
