ILA, Hairpin House

Westworks Interiors were engaged to style the four marketing apartments

[3 x 2-beds/ 1 x 1-bed] for I Live Around at Hairpin House, Birmingham.

The brief – to create a scheme that reflected their brand pillars:

‘be local’ it was imperative that the show flats reflect the local community

‘be kind’ – incorporating sustainable, non-high-street items

. . . and also the local area’s history. Hairpin House is built on the same plot of land in Digbeth that the Kirby Beard Company factory occupied, where kirby grips were originally manufactured.

We created the look & feel, sourced all the items, had them delivered and styled everything on site within a very tight timescale and thrifty budget.
