360 South Plaza, Bristol

South Plaza 360 is an existing office building located in the city centre on St James’ Barton roundabout, a key nodal point and gateway to the city of Bristol.

With its striking, nearly pentagonal footprint, the building offers a unique architectural presence.

Inspired by luxury hotels, the interior concept blends sustainability with 60s/70s-style timber and curves. Students will be able to enjoy premium ground floor amenities and choose between stylish studios or cluster bedrooms across seven floors.

Alongside architects Westworks, we are creating a spectacular new student living provision right here in our city.
